What we do
Our coils are made thanks to an artisanal process, with certified wire welding, to guarantee maximum sealing at high pressures.
For each customer we create an ad-hoc project and produce test samples upon request.
Iron and stainless steel
The starting base consists of certified iron or stainless steel tubes, which are then bent and welded to obtain the final product.
The choice of starting material, diameters and thicknesses used are decided based on the pressure of the system in which they will be installed, following the project specifications provided by the customer.
Welding and bending
We use artisanal methods and advanced robots for bending and welding with the highest quality and precision.
Additionally, we place precision-shaped spacer bars every 120° to reduce vibration and increase strength.
Fittings and nameplate
All fittings are made internally, custom-made from solid, with a numerical control machine.
A plate with product details, pressure and production date is added to each piece, which can be customized based on customer needs.
Delivery
The shipping method is agreed on a case-by-case basis with the customer in order to best satisfy his specific needs.
Warranty and support
All products are tested with increased pressures of 100 bar for approximately 3 minutes on the bench, in order to avoid breakages or leaks.
The warranty is 1 year on all parts made with replacement of the part.
